In Honor of this week’s religious celebrations. (Lent)

> The last three days of Holy Week are referred to as the Easter or Sacred Triduum (Triduum Sacrum), the three-part drama of Christ’s redemption: Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday.

Holy Thursday is also known as “Maundy Thursday.” The word maundy comes from the Latin word mandatum (commandment) which is the first word of the Gospel acclamation:

I love working with this talented young beautiful girl! She is so professional and fun to photograph. The Theme today was inspired by today’s holiday “National big wind day” sometimes we don’t know where these kind of holidays come from, right? I did a search about this and here is what I found…
> National Big Wind Day, commemorates the recording of the highest natural wind gust measured on the Earth’s surface. On the afternoon of April 12, 1934, the Mount Washington Observatory recorded winds at 231 miles per hour.

My gorgeous niece surprised me with her new look! I’m so used to seeing her with long hair but for now that’s a part of the past. She looks super cute. I love that she cut her hair with the intentions of donating it to “Locks of Love”
